Product Description The most popular mixer for Teisseire in France is plain water for a flavorful thirst quencher (1 part syrup to 7 times water). Hence the cries in a French cafe for un lait fraise (milk with strawberry syrup), un Perrier menthe ( Perrier with mint syrup), une tomate (pastis and grenadine syrup), une mauresque (pastis and orgeat syrup), un diabolo fraise (lemonade and strawberry syrup), or un tango (beer with grenadine syrup).Fruit syrups have always been a part of the French way of drinking, whether mixed with water, Perrier, lemonade, milk, pastis, or even beer.

We like to put this in our lemonade, water, our cocktails and even beer. It's a French Tradition!
all time favourite syrup brand!January 30, 2009 HS 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
I have tried many syrups and Teisseire is definitely the best ever. Some other brands can have a great color to attract customers, but they have no taste even with a lot of syrup and just a little water. Not gonna happen with teisseire. I have never thought I would be soo much into a syrup, but here it is, I love this syrup and I am not trying other brands anymore (was always disappointed).
Works also great in replacing water by milk .. mhhhhh :D

Mixed with ice water, this has a great taste. For those of you having grown up in Europe, the taste will bring back memories.
